'VITA-FLEX' Reflexology
This “addictive” technique uses a “free-rolling” action, which is both
comforting and exquisite – as it stimulates minute electrical impulses
through the channels of the body.
Keith has put together this 2 day advance module workshop which results in a highly effective and sublime experience.
It also includes 2 methods that start and finish the treatment;
1) “The floatation experience” – assists recipients in reaching a “deep”
state of relaxation and sensitises the body to the flow of energy.
2) “The Spinal Kundalini sweep” – finishes the treatment by moving
the energy through the spine.
The 2 day workshop is suitable for:
1) Qualified practitioners who would like to advance or upgrade their
Reflexology treatments
2) Lay-People who would like to offer this treatment to family & friends.

The
UNIQUE Vita-Flex Technique!
Vita-Flex means "vitality through the reflexes" – and is an advanced
module of Reflex point massage.
What makes it unique is that a specialized firm rolling action is applied
– the finger is rotated into, then on and then over the point in one smooth
movement - which recipient's describe as both exhilarating and blissful.
It's a tremendous tool that assists the body and is said to have
originated in Tibet thousands of years ago, long before acupuncture
was developed – and perfected in modern times by Stanley Burroughs.
It can also be used in conjunction with oils and is based on the internal
workings and electrical circuitry inherent to the body.
Vita-Flex can be used to activate reflex points on the whole body;
on the feet, hands, face scalp and various areas throughout the body.
This 2 DAY WORKSHOP will be focusing primarily on the feet and
calves, and will include;
• Full technique for the feet, ankles and calves
• Atlas spine adjustment
• 6 point foot adjustment
• The floatation experience
• The spinal Kundalini sweep
